A new-to-Substack subscriber helpfully emailed me that it was difficult to find all the chi kung videos, so I have complied a list with links below for you. They cover what we’ll start with next weekend before I teach the Five Elements.
For classes, just turn up with your video camera on, and wear warm, comfortable clothes and soft shoes, thick socks, or slippers. You’ll need enough space around you to move in all directions and swing your arms without hitting anything!
I will happily arrange further online classes if anyone wishes to do so. I taught online all through lockdown, and with care, it is a feasible way to study simple chi kung, T’ai Chi and meditation.
Videos in order of practice
1: Raising Chi
2: The Circle
3: Weaving Together Earth and Sky
4: Four Corners
5: The Archer
Please get in touch with any queries. I look forward to meeting you.

Founder Great River T’ai Chi
Hello Caroline, thank you so much for a very enlightening session of qigong today. I first learned this and have been practicing it since 2007, but I get into my own ways and it’s good to refresh and learn new things. I will enjoy looking at the videos you posted of the five basic movements we learned in the beginning. I feel very energized!
I want to write to you about Chi Kung as I have a timely and relevant anniversary coming up on the 17th. Respect for your pause for your Aunt
best wishes
