I first learned this and have been practicing it since 2007, but I get into my own ways and it’s good to refresh and learn new things. I will enjoy looking at the videos you posted of the five basic movements we learned in the beginning. I feel very energized!
Also, since I’m new to Substack, i’m not sure if this is the place to reach you, in other words of this itself is the newsletter you mentioned. There seem to be several different avenues in the Substack system.
